Sylvie Lemaire

Sylvie Lemaire is passionate about innovation and best practices in management, with more than 24 years of experience designing and leading customized learning expeditions in Spain for executives and entrepreneurs. As an expert in Learning Expeditions, Sylvie creates tailor-made programs that allow participants to explore other corporate cultures and disruptive technology companies, stepping out of their everyday environment. These programs are a powerful lever for openness and innovation, as they challenge conditioning and mental patterns, inspiring concrete actions and strengthening the collective through lived experience.

In addition, Sylvie is co-founder and associate board member of WA4STEAM, a growing international community of women angel investors that seeks to expand the presence of women entrepreneurs in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) fields. Since 2018, she has supported women-led startups in the STEAM field, helping them to become profitable companies. As a certified Business Angel, Sylvie has developed and shared strong skills in startup investing, fundraising strategies and business development. Her passion lies in empowering women entrepreneurs and promoting innovation and diversity in the STEAM sectors.
