Nuria Capdevila Roig

As the founder and CEO of CIRCLE Corporation. She has over 20 years of experience in Sustainability and Eco-design. She has led numerous projects and advised on the implementation of strategies in Corporate Knights Global 100 companies and SMEs, ensuring a positive impact on the industrial sector. She is a Research Scholar in ‘The Cementery Reserch Group’, an international initiative that brings together research teams from around the world specialising in the funeral sector.

Nuria is co-leader of the WA4STEAM investment committee, board member of Cooling Photonics and partner of WAS (Woman Action Sustainability), where she co-leads the Water group; she is also a member of DIRSE and sits on its Expert Panel. She writes biannual articles for FIAT-IFTA, lectures internationally and gives occasional classes at renowned universities and technology centres such as Elisava, UPC Vilanova and ITENE. In her academic work, she also tutors TFM (Master's Final Projects) at VIU (Valencia International University).

She has an extensive academic background with two university degrees and several university master's degrees, including a Master in Circular Economy and Sustainability at the International University of Valencia. He has also completed the PDG Executive Education at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and various specialisation programmes in areas such as Digital Transformation and Design Management.

With a career marked by a strong commitment to the environment and a strong focus on innovation, research and sustainable development. She has worked in virtual and multicultural contexts, leading projects in the Netherlands, India, France, Spain and elsewhere. She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and basic French.
